He was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable and very responsive whenever I needed additional information or help understanding options

Donavan is professional, experienced, and personable. He has helped us buy 4 properties (and counting) and from the first showing to the close of escrow, the process has been smooth and simple. His communication is great, his insight is invaluable, and he always negotiates with his clients best interest in mind. He is well connected and experienced in his field which is priceless when buying a home. He recommended our mortgage lender, inspection company, and title company which only aided in our seamless buying process each time. If you are looking for a realtor that will get you the house you want at the best price possible, look no further! Call Donavan!

We had the privilege of working with Donavan twice in one year. During both experiences, Donavan demonstrated his professional and skilled work ethic to help us sell our current home at the time and purchase our replacement home. He made us feel like his only clients and he went above and beyond to act in our best interests.
